I have been doing private training with Christine, 2-3 days a week for about 5 years.  The number one thing I love about working with Christine is that she customizes and tracks every single work out just for me.  She comes prepared to each session with an outline of the exercise plan that is targeted to my areas of focus, based on my physical capabilities and limitations, including bumps in the road like a broken ankle or golf elbow.  Christine never made exercise intimidating, yet she makes me accountable in the most encouraging and fun way.  No two work outs are ever the same.  Staying focused and committed to the gym has been my challenge in the past, but training with Christine has completely changed that and I actually look forward to our time together.
